Current Vacancies
We currently have a vacancy in our warm and welcoming 4-bedroom SIL house located in Brassall. We are looking for a male co-tenant to share this home with two other men in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Across the week the current residents engage in their own interests in the community and at home. This home offers a supportive environment for a new resident to enjoy their own interests and build genuine friendships with their co-tenants! The rent you will pay is equivalent to 25% of your income plus Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
Tenant matching
We are dedicated to finding the right fit and are happy to arrange meet-and-greets, dinner or BBQ catch-ups, and even overnight or weekend trials.
