NDIS Support Items: Group support – centre-based
Support Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3

Activity Fee: $5+ – refer to the activity planner.

An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
