FAB Holiday Club

Our inclusive and engaging program is designed specifically for young people with disabilities, offering a wide range of social and recreational activities that are sure to keep you entertained.

The FAB Holiday Club is community-based, and operates on weekdays during the school holidays offering different experiences and activities for each session. There also focus on life skills development, so you’ll be learning valuable skills while having fun! Best of all, our friendly and supportive staff will be there every step of the way to ensure your experience is nothing short of fantastic.

Activities include:

• Community-based outings to fun and interesting places
• Variety of indoor and outdoor activities
• Social and life skills development

NDIS Support Items: Group support – community-based / Individual support – community-based

Support Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2

• Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
• Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation

Activity Fee: $5+ per session. Costs vary and are outlined on the activity planner.

An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
