Yes, absolutely! We tailor supports to meet your personalised needs – choice and control is yours. Contact your service support officer to let them know what has changed.
Our footprint covers South East Queensland and is made up of three community hubs, two support coordination bases, and a growing team of on the ground support workers.
If you already know a support worker that you would like to use, you can ask them to apply to Focal. They will need to go through our regular on-boarding process. If you give us a call on 07 3812 2014, we can prioritise their application.
Yes! Providing and assisting access to transport forms part of our services. Our carefully selected disability support workers can help you to access transport to attend appointments, group activities run by Focal, and supports that form part of your NDIS plan goals, and other transport needs.
