FAB Social Club
The most fabulous club in the world.
A place to have fun, build friendships and learn skills for life. This is a social group made just for school-aged young people with disability 13 years and up. If you’re ready to make some new friends and have fun, come join a group full of young people just like you! No matter what makes you tick, we guarantee you’ll have a ‘FABulous’ time.
Activities include:
- Experienced and supportive staff
- Variety of indoor and outdoor activities
- Community-based outings to interesting places
- Social and life skills development
Session details
This activity run fortnightly during school term. Days alternate between:
- Friday: 4pm – 8pm
- Saturday: 9am – 3pm
NDIS Support Items: Group support – community based / Individual support – community based
Support Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
- Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation
Activity Fee: $5+ costs vary. Refer to activity planner.
Booking Requirements
An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
