Focal Transitions to Achieve Australia

From 3 August 2026, Focal Community Services will officially transition to Achieve Australia, marking an exciting new chapter in our shared commitment to supporting people with disability to live connected lives.

For more than 50 years, Focal has proudly supported individuals, families, and communities across South-East Queensland. As part of Achieve Australia, we will continue to deliver supports our clients know and trust, while benefiting from the strength, experience, and opportunities that come with being part of a larger national organisation.

While our name is changing, our focus remains the same: empowering people to achieve their goals, build independence, and participate fully in their communities.

The Focal Board, CEO and Focal Team would like to thank our clients, families, staff, volunteers, partners, and supporters for being part of the Focal journey.

Your trust and support have helped shape who we are today, and we look forward to continuing that journey together as Achieve Australia.
