Teen All Stars
Description
Made for the stars of the show
This is the place to be for teens who want to have fun, build friendships and learn skills for life. Teen All Stars meets twice weekly during school term offering fun and friendly after-school care activities for young people over 12 years with disability who are attending school. This program is delivered in a group setting across a variety of centre-based and community-based locations.
Activities include:
- Experienced and supportive staff
- Variety of indoor and outdoor activities
- Community-based outings to interesting places
- Social and life skills development
Fees and Support Costs
Activity Fee: $10 per day – includes afternoon tea
Additional session fees apply and are charged at the current NDIS rates.
NDIS Support Items: Group support – community based
Support Ratio: 1:2
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Note: Transport is provided from Claremont, Ipswich and Ipswich West Special Schools. Contact Focal to discuss your individual situation and requirements.
Booking Requirements
An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
