Junior All Stars
Description
Weekend fun for children.
Our Junior All Stars program is designed to provide children with disability, aged 5 to 12 years, the opportunity to socialize and engage in a variety of play-based activities in a caring and supportive environment. With experienced staff and a range of indoor and outdoor activities, your child will have a blast while developing important social and life skills.
Activities include:
- Experienced and supportive staff dedicated to your child’s growth and well-being
- A variety of indoor and outdoor activities to keep your child engaged and having fun
- Outdoor activities held at child-friendly community-based venues
- Social and life skills development through interactive play and group activities
- A safe and caring environment for your child to thrive and make new friends.
Fees and Support Costs
Activity Fee: $10 per day – includes morning tea (out of pocket cost)
Additional session fees apply and are charged at the current NDIS rates.
Support Ratio: 1:2 and 1:1
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
NDIS Support Items:
- Group support – centre-based
- Individual support available
Booking Requirements
An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
