FAB Social Club
Description
Weekend social group for teens with disability ages 13 years and up
Our inclusive and engaging program is designed specifically for young people with disabilities, offering a wide range of social and recreational activities that are sure to keep you entertained.
The FAB Social Club is community-based, and operates every second Saturday during school term. The program offers different experiences and activities every fortnight. There is a focus on life skills development, so your loved one will be learning valuable skills while having fun! Best of all, our friendly and supportive staff will be there every step of the way to ensure the experience is nothing short of fantastic.
Activities include:
- Community-based outings to fun and interesting places
- Variety of indoor and outdoor activities
- Social and life skills development
Fees and Support Costs
NDIS Support Items: Group support – community-based / Individual support – community-based
Support Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Activity Fee: Costs vary and are outlined on the activity planner. See sample planner.
Booking Requirements
An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
