Get out and about, build your confidence and explore what’s out there with Stepping Out – a social group for men with disability in Ipswich. This group is community-based which means you’ll go wherever the adventure takes you. Activities and destinations centre around the groups interests.
Activities include:
- Community-based outings to fun and interesting places
- Variety of indoor and outdoor activities
- Social and life skills development
Booking Requirements
An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.

Fees and Support Costs
NDIS Support Items: Group support – community-based / Individual support – community-based
Support Ratio: 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Fees and Charges:
- Activity fees vary (refer to activity planner)
- Transport charge rate $1.00/km
