Fees and Support Costs
NDIS Support Items: Group support – centre-based / Individual support – centre-based
Support Ratio: 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Activity Fee: $25

An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
