The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released its 2017-18 NDIS price guide for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The pricing commences from July 1, 2017, and is reflective across the states of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania. However, several cities are yet to make the transition into NDIS.

Focal Community Services (Focal), based in Ipswich, Queensland, has been operating under NDIS since May 26, 2017. “The NDIS has finally arrived here in Ipswich,” says Focal CEO, Mickael Blanc. “This official price guide allows everyone—organisations and families—to break down the complexities associated with NDIS.”

The NDIA’s price guide is designed to help individuals, families and providers understand the price controls and price limits associated with different supports. Supports are segmented across the three categories of core supports, capital supports and capacity building supports.

“The NDIS doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It is an opportunity for families to make the best use of their funding, and for us to provide the best services in return,” explains Blanc.

“Our plan management and support coordination services enable you to get the best out of your NDIS plan.”
