Focal delivering aged care services
Focal Community Services (Focal) are now delivering aged care services in South-East Queensland, having registered as an Aged Care Provider under Consumer Directed Care (CDC).
These services cater to people who have gained approval from My Aged Care, and are either eligible to, or have already received a Home Care Package.
“We are very excited to begin,” says Stratos Efstratiou, Community and Business Development Manager. “Focal is a community organisation at heart, so it is only fitting that we provide support to seniors”.
Focal’s aged care services assist with tasks around personal care, clinical care, in-home, and wellness and community activities. “Everyday tasks like washing, cleaning and gardening inevitably become harder as you age,” explains Stratos.
“We want seniors to remain happy and independent in their latter years.”
Focal accommodates both low and high care needs, with its experienced and qualified staff. “That’s our biggest strength—we provide flexible and individualised services,” continues Stratos. “All our staff treat individuals with dignity and respect.”
Focal responds to all enquiries within 24 hours, and presents a care plan within three working days.
