Get out and about, build your confidence and explore what’s out there. This group is community-based which means you’ll go wherever the adventure takes you. At Stepping Out, you and your friends are in control and decide what comes next.
Activities include:
- Community-based outings to fun and interesting places
- Variety of indoor and outdoor activities
- Social and life skills development
This group operates every Tuesday.
NDIS Support Items: Group support – community based / Individual support – community based
Support Ratio: 1:2, 1:3 or 1:1
- Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
- Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation
Activity Fee: $30
Booking Requirements
An intake process needs to be completed prior to booking in for this group. This requires participants to have returned a signed service agreement, fee schedule, and new client intake forms.
