For over 44 years, Focal has empowered people with disability living in South East Queensland. We have proven experience in person-centred support, leading to a life of choice and independence for our customers. With the NDIS approaching, Focal is fast growing into a community services organisation that is passionate about supporting the community as a whole.

We provide a broad range of individualised services across South East Queensland (with our head office located in Ipswich). Focal’s services range from support at home, to community access and economic participation. These services are run in both individual and group settings.
